Thank you for visiting our blog. We are going to be cycling from John O Groats to Lands End in August 2011. It's a total of 945 miles and should take us 12 days to complete. Dave did a 6 month tour in Helmand with 2 Rifles in 2009 and it has inspired us to help to raise money , and support awareness for our injured military Heroes. We would like to thank you for your support and will keep you updated with our progress! Ed Coy, Andrew Cracknell and Dave Wallace

Riding in the rain

Ed and I were lucky enough to get out for a sharpish 55 miles yesterday. We averaged out at just over 15mph and hit a top speed of 38.2mph. We rode for just under 4 hours and it wasn't until 40 odd that we found our grey cloud dodging skills to evade us and we hit some horizontal rain. It made vision quite difficult but we rode through it and hit the blue skies once again!

Going to go 70+ next week!

In other news Ed has offically announved his retirement and hung up his gloves after an illustrious and sensational career. So onwards and upwards for Jogle 2011 training.
